The Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is a 4-year college degree with a major in nursing. This allows you to take the national license exam to become a Registered Nurse, or allow you to go to school for specialty fields or get a Master’s degree. In general, BSN nurses are prepared to fill supervisory or administrative positions, earn a graduate degree, or become nurse educators. The average size of a graduate class is 15 students or less. Some clinical courses have fewer then 10 students.Can I work full time and attend college?
As a College, we have no desire to interfere with the private lives of out students. We must say, however, that it will be extremely difficult for any of our students to attend classes, participate fully and keep up with homework if they are working full time. It should be noted that we encourage students to work part-time if necessary to meet their cost of living needs, provided that it does not interfere with their success in the program.
